    India lost 29 combat aircraft in three years

    NEW DELHI, May 9 (APP): India has lost 29 aircraft in accidents during the last three years.

    The Defence Minister informed Rajya Sabha on Wednesday that 8 MiG-21, 6 Jaguar, 4 MiG-27, 3 MiG-29, 4 Mirage, 1 Bison and 3 Sea Harrier were among these aircraft.

    I think the only reason this is interesting is the source: Associated Press of Pakistan. I doubt they'd ever publish the number of Pakistani jets lost. The Indian Air Force is about double the size of Pakistan's.
