Anyone else catch the F15 over the Hudson?

I was walking over to the post office about 20 minutes ago, and I'd just turned a corner and started walking toward the river, when I look up and see an F15 heading south over the Hudson River.

Did anyone else catch him, or know what he's doing up here? (I assume he's around for the McGuire show this weekend.)

I heard something real loud over Queens this morning which I assumed was a fighter of some sort since I couldn't find it in the sky.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Nice catch Phil. It is kind of early for a static to be going into a show on a Wednesday, so I doubt he was heading to McGuire. If he was heading south to McGuire could be from the 101st at Otis in MA. Nobody else has 15's north of us. McGuire does get some good statics though. Last show they had two Eagles from the Louisianna ANG "Bayou Militia"

I'm always looking up too Nick. People think I'm loosing it. What do they know. LOL

LA ANG is headquartered at Jackson Barracks, NOLA, I guess that's where it comes from.
