A new French airline called Elysair has applied with the US DOT to operate 6x weekly service between Paris (ORY) and New York (EWR). They expect to begin flying a leased 757 in an all business class configuration this December, and plan on adding an unspecified US city (Boston according to documents filed in France) in March after delivery of a second 757.
Details about them are few and far between. They have a website domain at elysair.com, but there is only a placeholder page there at the moment.

Apparently the aircraft will have winglets according to this press release from the winglet manufacturer (this is the only article online that mentions how many seats they'll have, 100):

MAXJet is waiting for them already...a Google search for the keyword "elysair" delivered a sponsored link from MAXJet.
