A United Airlines commuter plane has landed at Newark Liberty International Airport Monday evening without its nose landing gear, according to witnesses.
The Port Authority gives one of the largest airlines in the world the green light for a $1.2 billion terminal overhaul project set to take up to five years.
Though unofficial until December 1st, JetBlue and WestJet appear to be the winners of an auction giving them rights to add flights at LaGuardia and Reagan National Airports. Edward Russell reports.
