The sign, by the way I made :-), was put up because there is still a restriction on snow globes with over 3.4 ounces of liquid in them. One of the reasons for the signs at LGA are because the airport stores would sell a passenger a snow globe over the restrictions then refuse to refund the person when they were advised of the restriction.
