Are they going to be putting anything up in its place? Rebuild a new terminal 6? Parking garage with even better view than T5?

Waaaaaaay in the future, we are told it will be a terminal once again. The Air Train walkway is prepared for a link... But for the immediate future, jetBlue hardstands...

Well, at least there shouldn't be anything in the way of the view to 13L/31R from up there.

I remember going in there when it was the National Airlines terminal. Back then you could walk right up to the gates, and I went in to get a closeup view of their new DC-10's (I believe that particular ones name was "Barbara"). Ahh the "Good Old Days"

In those days the National Terminal was very attractive with glass colored aqua. I recall seeing the hybrid PanAm/National DC10s there after PAA took-over National. It later became the TWA Terminal Annex for domestic flights. Another one bites the dust!

I just wish Fred had seen it and did his usual magic on it. I SUCK ASS!!! My daughter was watchign me put it together and she was laughing so hard. She says I can take a good picture of her, but when it comes to doing a type of shot like a composite, I suck!
