Some shots from my recent trip to Germany. We arrived two hours late but the real reason I was upset was that they wouldn't let me drink at the bar on the 747 because I was in 'economy', so I had to drink at my seat. Having a drink at a bar on a 747 has been one of my lifelong dreams. I was also upset to see they took out the spiral staircase.

The glass at Heathrow was even worse than in New York, it had this tint to it that I tried to correct for but depending on the angle it seemed to change color temps. First shot is from the bus as we were changing terminals(like you need a damn sign to tell you to give way at a 747 Xing).

We missed our BA connection so they rebooked us on LH3393 to HAM. The -300 was in excellent condition:
