    Storm related Spotting Opportunities

Well, given the delays and backlog, it may be a good thing for spotting. Will this mean that some of the night flights could be observed during the day now? Or will they get scheduled at their regular times anyway?

Would be nice to catch the Starcraft in daylight ;-)

I'm planning on getting out at some point.

I am shoveled out, sky is blue, but no planes. I'm not sure I want to go out anyway.

That is a smart idea!! Roads still suck even though plows are out and by the times airports open it will be dark. Wind still gusting and with nightfall comes lower temps
and freezing of roads. Great night to.......Chill!!!

Even if one goes spotting.......the spots will have limited access........imagine the mounds right now........probably unreachable, and forget about Bayswater. The only option would be Panera, I don't even think HoBe would be available.

Update: As of 6:35pm no plows yets, but looks like JFK is open, and they're landing on 31L

Update: As of 4:20pm (12/27) block has not been plowed
