    Private 737-200 at ISP

Just drove past Excell Aviation and noticed there's a nice looking private 737-200 parked at Excell. Didn't catch the regi. Nice to see a classic bird.

I know it was operated by Ameristar chartering in a lacrosse team for a tourney at SB. Having trouble with the regi, did have the Ameristar titles? I know them from ADS but those 732s were ex WN converted for cargo. Has to be another one.

It was an Amistar 737-200 that brought in the University of Denver Lax team.

You get a look at the tail number? It has to be a lease or something. Their own titled 732s are set up for cargo. Tommy what did it look like? Like this?

Isnt that what I wrote?

DoubleHeader this Sunday at USB: Army-Cornell at Noon
then: USB vs Virginia at 2:30
Winners to Semi-Finals in Baltimore the next week!!

Stony Brook has actually won a National Championship but sadly not many noticed:
A few years back, 2007, they won the Division II NCRHA Championship. My oldest son played with a
number of those guys on various teams.

LoL! I guess I have a keen way of repeating what was said in the previous post!

What I meant to say is that since VA was the #1 seed, I wasn't sure if they were coming here or not but in my haste, it didn't come out that way.

I would imagine we'll see them (UVA) flying into Islip on Fri afternoon/evening.

Princeton (NJ) and Stony Brook were awarded 1st Round games and the Quarter-Finals so it just worked out for them
that they are playing home. Princeton also had a 1st round game but lost to Notre Dame. The weather for the weekend
looks really good so I bet they get a big crowd at Stony Brook.
