    Saw Qantas 744 Yesterday

I saw a Qantas B744 yesterday evening and it had a strange logo on the center of the aircraft. It spelled-out the words "COME HOME" but the letter "O" was painted as a soccer ball. Were these words painted on all aircraft? I was too far to see the tail registration.

That would be VH-OEB "Philip Island" and no that is the only a/c to get that. Its a special paint job. Not a very good shot if looking for the words but it was the best I could get under those cercumstances.

Thanks so much. This is the Qantas I saw on Thursday March 25 at JFK around 1700 taxying. I still don't know what "COME HOME" means. Is it about the World Cup or just an ad for soccer?

Its for the cup. Qantas supports Austrailia's bid for it to be there 2018-2022
