President Obama will be at West Point Tuesday to deliver his nationally televised speech concerning troops to Afghanistan.
The speech is at 8PM.
Not sure what time he is coming in but most likely flying in to Stewart then Marine 1 to West Point. Heads up to spotters in
that area but with sunset near 5PM not a great window for picture taking.
