From what I read on Wikipedia, Arik Air is likely to start LOS-JFK on November, 2009. Which the airline is likely to bring the A345, and will be located at T4.

Arik Air was supposedly due to start flights to JFK this November but I doubt this will be happening until sometime in spring or summer 2010. There has been no formal press release from the airline.
EDIT: I was checking the website earlier today as I was curious on any word about the proposed New York route and there was nothing on the website. After Serigo's post I visited the website and they now have an advertisement for New York so perhaps something will finally be announced. Although three months time doesn't seem like a great amount for bookings.
