    NASA Space Shuttle Over NYC

    Does anybody else recall when NASA sent Space Shuttle Enterprise piggy-back on a 747 ? I believe it was back in 1983 and it was enroute to the Paris Air Show. What a sight seeing her fly-over the Verrazano Bridge.

    I saw it as it flew over the Upper east Side. I believe there is a picture of it as it flew past the Empire State Bldg
    either the News or Post.
