    EK201 OMDB-KJFK A380 Report

Flight back home is always bitter-sweet.... leaving vaca and missing home!

To say last 72 hours were hectic would be understatement. Spotting from 7am to midnight in Singapore,
7 hours transit in Mumbai and 11 hour overnight stop in Dubai ( had a great city tour for 5 hours).

Coming back from city... the gleaming new departure area of Terminal 3

Now the flight...Gate 201 opened at 6:00am for EK201's 8:30 departure. By 7:15, it was getting packed
and was clear that this will be yet another full load EK flight.

Was front in line for the boarding... these seats will be empty no more

And a quick snap of upper deck upon landing...

EK crew as fantastic in giving access considering a full load. Great flight indeed, enjoyed every minute of it.
    Cheers

Love the cockpit shots. Fine work, Raj.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
