Too bad we'll probably never see it hear around NYC though.

Nice scheme but the winglet needs a little dressing IMO. And nikon50 while we likely will not see their 738 I understand JFK will be seeing their soon to be delivered 777-300ER in this new scheme, will that do instead?

as usual i have to disagree with you ron. i think since the winglet is part of the wing it need not be painted, like the USAF C-32s and C-40s and LOT's embraer 170/175s. i think what AAL did is simply a weak attempt, though i do like the way AWE's winglets are painted in that they're not plastered with a logo.Originally Posted by LGA777
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
I think it looks sharp. I like the choice of tonal blues. Fits better than if they had used the colors of the Egyptian flag.

This livery is attractive. The logo incidentally, is a representation of the ancient god Horus. In fact the old Egyptair Frequent Flyer Club was called "Horus Club". It has since changed its name for obvious reasons. Remember when Egyptair flew a B747 into JFK? It was named "Cleopatra" and I believe has been WFU.
