Maruru Air Tahiti Nui at JFK

Unfortunately Air Tahiti Nui has finally decided to pull the plug on their PPT-JFK (PPT-LAX-JFK) route and will not be returning on June 15th as previously planned.

Aww wow, thats a bit upsetting, Air Tahiti Nui was one of the best schemes to be at JFK. Oh well.

They haven't been flying to JFK for the winter season and will not return for the summer. So unfortunately there are no more chances to catch the blue bird at JFK.

That sucks a lot of suckage, I don't think I ever got a decent shot of one. I guess by this time of year they have a good idea what their bookings are going to be for the summer, and these days even $500 Caribbean trips are barely selling, nevermind $3000+ jaunts around the globe. Hopefully they'll be back in a couple years after the economy turns around.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

    You can say that again!

A great color scheme and also a great line to fly, excellent staff and service.
