I would definitely enjoy checking that place out. I love a good burger.

I see the point they're making. If people are going to eat crappy, they're going to do it no matter what. I don't agree with the encouragement of it though. 2000 calories for ONE burger? I can't even imagine how much saturated fat and cholesterol is just in the burger, let alone the fries....plus the sugar in the sodas and sodium in everything. People with heart problems actually do experience chest pain when they eat extremely unhealthy food. I wonder if they've actually had to get REAL medical attention for anyone while dining there.

While adults can make whatever terrible decisions they want for themselves and be obese, unhealthy and disgusting on purpose, I disagree with THIS: http://www.heartattackgrill.com/photo/HAG8.jpg on so many levels it's frightening.

Also, you eat free if you're over 350 lbs. http://www.heartattackgrill.com/350.html - it's like public humiliation really. It's self-abuse.

That doesn't look at all appetizing in the least bit... In fact for me its a big turn off. That just really is gross....

Honestly, the whole segment reminded me of an SNL skit it was so preposterous and disgusting. Just doesn't seem real, but sadly it is.

There isn't really one mention of whether the stuff tastes good or not.

Sheeeeeeet! I'll put a Katz's corned beef and/or pastrami sandwich against those burgers anytime. Not only are they full of saturated fats, they taste great too. Saying that, those lard fried french fries The Heart Attack Grill has do look good. And, I will bet you 20-1 some self-righteous politician will try and have them closed down. They'll probably attack them through the "nurses" skimpy attire first.

I'm not sure how I feel about kids eating the stuff. Maybe the Grill should ban any kid below the age of 15 or 16 unless accompanied by an adult.

Quite honestly I think when you have food like that a parent needs to be consented or at least know what's going on with their children outside of the home. This is deadly food. I mean if they were feeding this stuff to your kids in school wouldn't you want to know? Maybe 15 years old is a bit extreme but certainly any child under 13 should have some sort consent on lard fried french fries and so on. It's adult food.

I don't think a child could receive something of that size anyway. Also, parents should be aware of what their kids are eating whether it's dangerous or not. i think it's a bit much in terms of over-regulation if you want to create a law that keeps children out of a burger joint.

The boobs on display there is another story. Again, general parenting should rule....it shouldn't take an actual rule to be created.

This stuff might actually be less dangerous than McD's since it's all natural.

Very true. That was kind of the point I was making (and frequently attempt to emphasize in real life, too). Whether it's what a child is eating, or how they behave toward somebody else, a parent absolutely has control over these things if they implement rules and discipline at a young age.

Slightly off-topic, but relevant to this in the long run - Though controlling behavior is sometimes tricky, with food, a healthy diet should begin from DAY ONE. Not to say that children should be deprived at all, but when I see parents feeding infants (i.e., 3-4 month olds) french fries, cupcakes, etc it makes me sick. It's completely irresponsible, and it's one of the things that leads up to adolescent and adult obesity (and the "need" or interest in establishments like these) in the first place.
