CO has diverted EWR flights inbound from CGN, CPH, TXL, HAM, ARN and OSL to Goose Bay (YYR). They also diverted a flight from FLL to BGR.

AirTran has diverted an LGA-bound flight from MCO to ATL.

Re: Snow Delays, Closures and Diversions

Delays have let up a bit at JFK and EWR, but remain 3 hours 8 mins at LGA.

DL has diverted an ALB-JFK flight to BDL.
CO has diverted another Europe-EWR flight to YYR, this one from CDG.

This is kinda stupid, but is SWF reporting any delays?

Not surprised ISP is fine...lack of congestion might be the reason.

I believe SWF had some delays with inbound arrivals but nothing more then an hour. I'm sure a lot of the delays had to do with aircraft congestion as you mentioned.

I am not suprised, I would bet on a sunny day the arrival rate at SWF does not exceed 15 per hour.

SWF had very minimal delays. JetBlue cancelled only 1 flight. Everything was mainly on time. Arrivals were good. Departures such as Skybus ran an hour late.

EWR was still slightly delayed this morning. I dropped my parents off at the airport 45 minutes before they were due to depart, got breakfast, drove all the way back here, and they still hadn't departed yet.

This morning had some difficulties also with freezing rain and snow showers. Nassau PD 4 was working on station by FRG around 10:45AM when they had to return to base as they were encountering icing problems.
But a few minutes ago (4:30) they were up again inbound from some unknown location to NUMC with a
    medevac.
