Mystery B-707 Over My House ?

I saw what appeared to be a B-707 fly over my house on Sept. 24 at 6:58, it was quite noisy so everybody glanced upwards. I couldn't see any markings as the sun was rising behind it. It was on the VOR 13R Approach to JFK. What could it be? Did any B-707's visit this week? It must have been military.

I believe that would've (probably) have been the Chilean Air Force 707.

Angola Air Force was also here, but I don't think the date and runway match up for what you saw (again, from the best of my knowledge at least).

That's correct,
Just saw this post.
It was parked at the Halmar area right when I got to halmar or pulled away. Saw it it holding short of 13L. It flew to CEF 9:45am.
