    For Those at JFK On April 22nd and Who Saw LH A340-600

    I came across this photo of D-AIHP operating LH410 on April 22nd heading towards the runway for departure.

    LH has been bringing the 340-600 in quite often lately as well as a resurgance of 747-400 to replace the A330 for the summer routes. They were expecting the A380 to be in service, so they are supplementing with the larger A/C.

    Correct. LH410 was upgraded to the A340-600 starting on April 1st.

    Currently Lufthansa has:

    2xA340-300
    1xA340-600
    1x747-400

    flying into JFK.

    the 22nd. was that the day I joined up?
