And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Watched the video this morning. How sad. That building had some history. My brother spends presidents week in Vegas every year and couple of years ago we had a nice little get together in his room in the Stardust. What fun.

This morning ABC radio national news ran a breaking story about a warning out of the U.S embassy in Algiers that terrorists might try to attack aircraft in Algiers. The next story was about the implosion of the Stardust.
I found this order of news sort of spooky...Stardust used to be run by Frank "Lefty" Rosenthal and Anthony "The Ant" Spilotro, who also ran the Algiers Hotel. (In the movie Casino, Rosenthal's name was changed to Ace Rothstein, and the casino they ran was the Tangiers.)
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
Wow, I was just in Vegas this weekend, and didn't even know the building was going to be imploded!
