Most of my day today was not great but right before Spanish class at the end of school I was walking to my locker and saw a jet Blue A320 climbing out of SWF and it really made my day.
I know we see tons of jet Blue aircraft at JFK and I have seen jet Blue at SWF before but to actually see them flying low over my school just really made me happy and made my day!
All I get are Cessnas and Pipers flying near my school... Lucky!
How low was it?

Most SWF traffic flies pretty low over my school and quiet frequently. We see a C-5 fly over daily and C-130's and F-16's on ocasion.
We also get JFK, EWR, and LGA traffic flying over at different altitudes but we see EWR traffic quiet frequently in the way of Continental 767-200s flying over quiet low.

Anyways, I get to see KEWR traffic a lot (if I'm outside) and lower KTEB traffic too.

I usually look down at the JRB traffic from the office 8)

JRB would definately be col to watch... do you have a good line of sight from there? are you able to take any pix? would be sweet to get shots of VIP birds when the grounds are covered in blue.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
