Can't Load PASSUR Into Apple MacOS Computers

I'm a big user of "Airport Monitor" seen on the PASSUR Website. Recently, I was trying to view this on various Apple Computers and had poor results. The website loads instantly, but immediately, the time freezes and no aircraft are seen. I disabled the "Pop-Up Ad" blocker but still get no aircraft. I can't believe that Apple Mac users can't load PASSUR. Apple pros could not help, either. When I use Windows, there are no such problems. Any advice?

It might not just be Mac. I know sometimes it just doesn't load right in general.

I'd wait a few days and see if it corrects itself.

    Passur Loads Into Windows

I'm using Windows 98 right now and Passur loads almost instantly. There is something incompatible with the MacOS System with Passur and forget about Passur on the Mobile Internet. All I get is the title "Airport Monitor" and nothing else! Last week, I believe that I saw the ill-fated Cirrus SR-20 carrying Cory Lidle on Passur Airport Monitor. The aircraft had no ID but disappears as it turns onto 72nd St.

I've found it doesn't work on Firefox for Windows. What browser are you using on your Mac?

    Mac OS X

I was using various Apple Computers at the Apple Store, including iBook Laptops. None were able to show Passur's Airport Monitor. The particular model I was using was using Mac OSX Version 10.4.7 and the Model was iMac 6.1.

I run it fine on Firefox - I can see everything - but...I'm about to swap back to IE I think with the release of IE7 - tabbed browsers - so far it works great for everything that I use a browser for, including the development I do for an eCommerce site - runs fine with my application - soooo...you might want to look at IE 7 folks...

I work on a Mac and I've found that the Java applet doesn't run in SAFARI, but it works fine in Firefox. Try that.

That makes sense since from my experience NOTHING works right in Safari. :)

Mark, that's weird...I've tried Passur in Firefox at home running XP Home and at work running XP Pro and on both the Java applet begins to load, then it freezes the browser and I have to go into Task Manager to get out of it. I'm going to install FF 2 beta and see if that works.

I used to have bad freezing problems running Passur on IE6, but it runs wonderfully on Firefox.

    Passur

I'm back to using Windows 98. It gets Passur fine; although sometimes, it freezes, especially when I use the 5X or 10X Speed. Then I must reset it ,but it's no big deal. Getting Passur on iMac was impossible for me. Something must be loaded into the system but with Windows, it's already loaded.
