Searching for a PVD incursion video.

I had a copy of it and its long gone.

3-4 years ago, someone had shown a video of hte PVD incusrion. Its noth te same one as that found ont he NTSB website.


Has anyone else seen this? It showed a schematic overview of hte runways as well as position of hte aircraft involved.

Its the most elusive file I have ever seen!

I'm pretty sure it wasnt a powerpoint file but perhaps its embedded in a powerpoint file?

This was an .exe. type file, either shockwave or flash.
