Tropical Storm Ernesto

I was sure someone (Senga, maybe?) had a thread about TS Ernesto photos, but damn if I can find it now, so here's a new thread. I went down to the south shore Saturday afternoon, and took some shots in the wind and rain.

The blur on the bottom of this was the sand blowing along the beach:


This guy was knee-deep in water, but he just wouldn't move!


I ended up wet and wind-blown, and when I got home I found sand in the pockets of my jacket. Yes, I made sure the 300D was clean and dry before I put it away.

WOW John your a brave man! I don't think I'd take my camera down there will all the sea spray. Nice shots, how high were the waves you estimate? I was down at my boat twice yesterday and man was the bay kicking up.
