    Delta to start JFK-BOM (777-200!) and JFK-ACC

    Just saw this on Airliners.

    JFK-BOM to start on November 1st operated by the 777-200 daily.
    JFK-ACC to start on December 11th operated by the 767-300 4xweekly.

    I think the ACC leg is a pre-cursor to their applied for rights to go to South Africa. SAA stops at ACC as well on the way to the US, so it would be natural that when they get the rights to go to JNB, that will be the continuation of the JFK - ACC flight.

    I don't think that they will go 2x daily in to JNB until they fully see how the ATL-JNB goes first.
