    U.S. Govt. Plane at EWR

    I was having lunch at EWR parked at the threshold for the 22's and saw a UNITES STATES OF AMERICA Blue 737 with winglets going by what I think I heard as a call sign of Phoenix Flight 91. What was this plane ?
