...well they did have a lot of rain from Hurricane Wilma. Maybe they took advantage and threw some soap on it during a downpour.
Yes it was a very clean plane. When everyone comes to NYC they put on their new Spank'n new Sunday Shoes! :)

seeing this pic made me look back at my old slides and found VP-CAA 737-400 at JFK from 12/92 funny how they switched back to the older planes and seem to be very happy with them.
