Unauthorized photo usage - again....

There have been several threads on this and I know people usually say contact the person that is violating the usage first - but - this has a slightly different twist on it. A company is selling a product - aviation-related product - but - the sales are based on a pictuer of mine that is used on their website to advertise - and - I'm not sure how long they have been using it - I would venture at least a couple of years - because that is when the special scheme was released...so - how do you approach that one?

Mark, how did you find it? Every time I search for my pics, I fail to find any use so I give up looking since I have too many to look for

I used images.google.com and dropped each of my saved images onto the search engine. Now that I have printed the offending page to a PDF and sent a suitable email to them, I would advise you all to check your images against the site justplanemodels.com - they have a lot of images that are used to advertise the models - I'm still checking for others...I guess I just got a lucky catch!

Found another site - http://curiosidadesdeaviao.blogspot.com/ - I think Cary had a time with this guy - the Florida West shot is mine...geeezzz...I guess it's watermarks from now on...
