A vote passed by VC (Lufthansa's pilot union) by a whopping 91% to strike starting immediately. Lufthansa is reportedly already shuttering 3/4's of it's flying as a result and Swiss will not be picking up the additional lift. Look for no metal to JFK or all 4 hole action at least from LH for a little while.

RATS!
Here is one of the many articles out on it.

Relax...it's a European strike. They are usually over in a few days. You'll still get your chance to shoot.

Was speaking with a contact who works in Terminal 1 at JFK, he believes all LH JFK flights are cancelled thru at least Friday, wow, at least it's low season for travel to Europe !

Good news everyone! 3 Lufthansa flights today. A330, MD-11 cargo and a 747-400 at night. All in arrival order that I saw.
