Maybe they will finally admit that the A380 visited last week.

Let us hope not. We don't need anymore airports named after that family. It is bad enough our airport is named after his brother.

How's about...increase in jetBlue service, due to the JFK runway shutdown.
But they will just announce the increase in service, not why.

Edward Kennedy Airport?
Oh brother, I hope not. :?

That is tru John. JetBlue went on a hiring spree at BOS over the last year in anticipation of the reduction at JFK and shift to BOS focused service.

I'd say that one is pretty hard to argue with. The RFK Bridge, however, is a joke.

I really don't want to go off-topic here, but you have a beef with John F. Kennedy? Come on man.

I think it would add confusion to have a 2nd airport in this region with the same name, no? I really hope that's not the case.

Here's pulling for increase in JetBlue service!

Not sure jetBlue increasing service is "big news." jetBlue has steadily increased service at Logan and already has what would amount to a small hub there. The best news for Logan would be the central terminal area is being rebuilt...its rather dated and not very passenger friendly anylonger.

No one ever said "big" news. For all we know it could end up being something like a new parking lot entrance, or a new vending machine. :)

Well, that wasn't the news, but if it happened, I'd guess the first airline would be British Airways or Lufthansa.

Yea right. Southwest loves the 737 way to much to buy anything else. Well maby the dreamliner one day but we all know SWA loves the 737.

You must not have heard the news...Southwest has been in talks with airbus. The 737, great as it is, isn't cutting it for capacity on some routes. They're considering adding a few A330's on the cheap for some of their heavier hitting connections. Airbus is looking at it as way to get in the door, so they're basically passing them off for next to nothing.

Supposedly one of the 380's Airbus has on Demo Duty is going out to LUV next week. Rumor is the 330 deal is done though. Someone said they saw the paint rigs for SWA in the 330 hanger over in France.

Jes that is a huge blow. I liked SWA for not buying Airbus cans.

Well there is still AA and DAL. Remember DAL never bought the airbus they got them when they bought NWA. I still dont like that they are operating them but they have never actually purchases those tin cans. AA dropped their cans and are buying Boeing aircraft. Both companies are respectable in that sense. Dont get me started with US and JB. Disgraces.

Don't fret too much man, we've just been pulling your chain :D

The day Southwest considers anything other than 737's is the day Air France's fleet is a spotless white...

Dont kidd like that or you will jynx it. Remember every sale Airbus gets is jobs lost here in the US.
