Guys,

Visiting Perth Airport (WA) today was BD-700-1A10 (GLEX)VP-CNY c/n 9270, she carries "New Yorker" titles on the outside engine cowls, and arrived ex: Hong Kong.

Any idea who may operate this jet, cant find any operator details & is there any significance
surrounding the titles ????
