Wow, cant believe it is already the 10th anniversary of the night when JFK Jr took off from Essex County Airport (NJ) in his
Piper Saratoga enroute to Marthas Vineyard. Sadly he never made it.

I've done some reading on his flight, and it's sad as to why he crashed. I wonder if he just wasn't aware that he was even disoriented to begin with, flying at night.

He seemed to be one of few people in that spotlight that had his stuff together. I do think it was a great loss for our nation.
