Forget 2/3 if your not down in the first third of the runway at a place like that it is time to slam them forward. Got to love the camera guys reaction. "That kind of.........blows"

Never forget go-arounds are free...Well, not exactly free, since the extra time is costing you more $$, but it sure as heck isn't nearly as much as the damage to the plane from running off the end!
