i had some time this morning and a friend linked me these videos. the first gives a really good account of the pilot's actions. most of what's there was talked about in the case study. i remember having to study this pilot's actions in my CRM classes at Riddle. i've seen the clips of the airplane crashing, but never watched the entire flight from start to finish. anyway, without further adue:

Like the investigation confirmed excessive bank angle and not enough speed to maintain lift. Being so close to the ground the results were obviously tragic. Nice to finally see the whole sequence of events from more than one angle.
