Fedex/UPS Flights During the Day at JFK

I was surprised when I looked up in the sky today at JFK and saw departures of both a FedEx 727 and a UPS 752.

These aren't normal flights for these aircraft, are they? Bad enough the weather today sucked, but why can't I ever see these planes when I'm spotting?

most ofthier flying is at night, but a lot of it happens during the day too.

What aircraft types are normal for FedEx and UPS to bring into JFK?

UPS brings the A-300 in Fed Ex brings the douglas trijets in and the busses or at least the 300

I've seen 727s from both of them this week. I was wondering if that's normal or not.
