that wasn't a stall. they flew a porabola, high angle of climb then quick pushover to a steep dive. you experience a few seconds of weightlessness as the airplane tansitions from the climb to descent. it's the same thing as what NASA does with the vomit comet... fun for those who never experienced it before.
