Gordon, is that picture taken at JFK? If so, where? I can't quite figure it out.

Anyway, that's quite the unusual JFK visitor. Pretty cool.

Well by the look of the mountains in the back I'd say no unless some tectonic event took place within the last 24 hours.

G-VRED and G-VYOU came in today as VS3 and VS45.

Both A340-600s are in Virgin Atlantic's revised color scheme and G-VYOU is the first A340-600 to be repainted from the old livery.

Thanks for clarifying. I've never been to the mounds and thought perhaps the topography in the background were the mounds I've heard of near JFK.
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Nothing special but Evergreen had a packed house today. They had about 5 747's onthe ramp and one was hardstand out very close to my fence. I might og back shortly for pics the lights good over there right now.

I'm sure there are other storm-related oddities as well, but I understand that tonight there will be 2 Etihad aircraft at JFK because Friday night's departure was delayed until around 1am Sunday, while the Saturday night schedule is apparently on time.

Yes, I saw a second Etihad aircraft come in around sunrise. Was very strange.

Also, there was an Omni 752 at T4 as well.

Does anyone know what the route of the A380 press flight was today? Was it at all visible from Manhattan?
