it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

    Re: Daily LGA Report

The two hornets and the drop created a TFR for us at LGA on departures and than we were treated to a fine carrier like landing on the closest thing to a carrier in NY. They were quite pretty in their formation flying the show as well over Yankee Stadium. No ETD on them though I am expecting it to be tomorrow. The Golden Knights team Fokker went elsewhere.

LGA is landing on 13 and departing on 13 right now. Got to love 13 arrivals!

matt i think i parked next to you in the lot the other day. anyway, we're back to the usual landing 22 and departing 13. i was about to get mad when i noticed the last 13 arrival touching down, but the wx isn't that good and then i saw the first mad dog coming in on 22. at least i flew yesterday!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.

    Re: Daily LGA Report

Yep I was going to post that but did not have enough time. We are still landing 13 and we were also for a while departing it. We opened 4 to departures due to demand issues though and wind does not hurt. So far it has been a good day and thankfully because I am on a double up here today.

We are back to a normal and much more favorable configuration for ease of conjestion so we are now landing em on 22 and getting em' out on 13.

I know the US Retro schemes are old news to most of you but for anyone still wanting shots all 3 (PSA, Piedmont, and Allegheny) are scheduled on the US Shuttle most of the week meaning at least 3 LGA visits each per day.

    Re: Daily LGA Report

got a brain teaser for you helo guys. anyone know who operates a blue-and-white dauphin helicopter in the NY area? i saw one overhead the LGA tower headed for the city as i was driving in, and another departing LGA also westbound as i was pulling into the employee lot a little later. i didn't get a tail number, and not sure about the details of the paint job. i was concentrating on not hitting the guy in front of me.
