I believe there is an A319 that was just recently releases from the paint shop. I look forward to the 757-300 and the A330-200 being painted but there has also been rumor that one of the two 747-200 charter fleet will receive the new colors.

747-200 in the Delta scheme? that would be neat! What about the 747Fs?

Not for nothing but I never thought I'd see the day that Delta would have an A330 or 747! I know with the Delta-NWA merger the fleet would change, but WOW is that wild to see!

Well, Delta did once have 747s at one time...albeit a long long time ago. :D

It's a big, pretty white plane with curtains, wheels, and looks like a big Tylenol.

I actually had the pleasure of flying on a DL 747-132 in 1974 from ATL-DFW shortly after DFW opened on a day trip to visit the new airport. DL's 741's had a very conservitve interior, no lounges except the upper deck one and soft light colors, very much unlike the gaudy 70's looking interiors their 727's and L-1011's had, and many other 747 operators had back then.
That was a great day of flying
    TPA-ATL DL L-1011
    ATL-DFW DL 747-132
    DFW-MSY BN 727-227
    MSY-TPA NA DC-10-10
Those where the days, I had just turned 14 and was able to make this day trip on 3 airlines alone and with no adult interferance. To bad things have changed where that would be difficult for a 14 year old today. Thanks for the tickets and trust Mom and Dad.

    Cheers
