They picked the planes up right from UA. Last time I flew out of SFB in any capacity there was a pair of UA 727's sitting in front of their "service center".

    Senga,

Good catch on the Pan Am! Even their charter operations have slimmed down to almost nothing. The certificate is still holding 3 active 727's.....I'm guessing they've got those, the other parked 727's, and the UA parts planes all up in Portsmouth now.

How's the international traffic been this Summer? According to the schedules, it looks a bit slow....

    Thanks Rich,
Yes thats true. They fly about 1 or 2 times a week now if they are lucky
The international traffic has been the usually characters. all the airlines are swicthing betwen the large aircrfat types also. exmaple. Like My Travel is A330 and 767. Globespan is flying the BLue GSP 767 in to SFB. So what should I expect as summer winds down and fall starts up?

What I meant was the base was UA but a mix of different equipment from different airlines.

Yep. They picked apart other planes but as far as I know the frames were UA birds. I recall flying aboard them and they were certainly United through and througth though I recall Continental equipment on board the plane in the form of emergency equipment.
