No, it's not. It is by far my least favorite airline. I flew WN once, and I have refused to subject myself to that awful experience again. WN simply cannot compete with B6's product. Plus, WN's planes are ugly enough to make me want to vomit.
Its really the other way around Josh, B6 can't compete with WN's product hence why B6 hasn't gone up against Southwest head to head. I to like JetBlue and enjoy their product but when you compare Southwest's product to JetBlue's product Southwest wins hands down.

Product is simply more then just a PTV. Southwest has more frequency, fare options, destinations, better opportunity to earn reward points, almost no black out periods, and overall better prices. Remember to I'm writing this from a business travelers point of view.

Anytime I fly for business 9 out of 10 times I can fly Southwest over Jet Blue and even when I can fly Jet Blue I fly Southwest because I can earn double and sometimes quadruple points vs. only one or two points with Jet Blue's program. Just an example I can earn five points on an ISP-BWI run and only two points on a JFK-BOS run with Jet Blue and if I connect and continue my trip I'll earn another two points with Southwest. So basically two trips with Southwest earns me a free flight. So its natural I'll travel with the airline that will get me a free trip faster. To me that's a much better product.

    What Tommy said is correct.

By looks B6 seems to be more appealing to me then SWA. However. I am hearing impaired, so any IFE does not matter to me as I cannot understand it. And do you really need to watch tv in the air? its the time be away, and flying, and enjoying the scenery, you wont get that watching tv.

So with that in mind I turn to the airline that has the best service, with frequency and such. SWA wins. Noise does not matter to me either because of my impairment so dont give me the Airbus is quieter then 737 ****. Guess what they all still sound very loud to me.

I flew SWA 4 times in the summer, when I got back, I earned a free rapid reward ticket. Which I will use to visit my family in BWI. No other airline can do that as fast, I fly American just as equally and I am only at 19,000 miles.

The rapid reward program is the best. No it wont get me to CDG or JFK or LHR. But it gets me where I want to go for free and at ease. I did for comparison, I needed to fly into BWI on a certain date. AA had a promo to use 15,000 miles so i tried to use my miles. Guess what, I could not even get a seat into BWI, they kept sending me to DCA. I did not want DCA. So, forget AA, I checked SWA got a seat, date and the airport (BWI) that I wanted.

    SWA once again wins.

Now keep in mind tho, as of february 10th, WN program changes, and they will get rid of blackout dates and simply have restrictive seats now. Lets see how much this affects the frequent traveler.

When flying with kids, the TV option is heaven. My kids are very well behaved when flying but it's still nice to keep them occupied with the TV. Even on the short hope to NAS it was nice having it available. Heck, I enjoy it also when not reading a book or checking out the cute FAs...ah I mean scenery :D

Just saw the E190 taxiing up to the new hanger looked like a mechanic was doing the driving... as he was wearing an oranger safty vest.

    Beautiful little plane
does anyone know how many they will have to start service with on 11/3?

    Ari707,
I saw the same thing in my shot of the JBU EMB190. Those vests are a dead give away.

I don't know if this is old news or not, but it looks like jetBlue took delivery of N184JB. I couldn't get close enough to see the name, but it was parked in front of their hanger with 183JB this morning.
