    Why does the curfew only exist for part of the year? It is because people theoretically have their windows open from April to October?

    My best guess is because most of the heavier maintenance they do on the field occurs in the warmer months?

    Jason is correct...it's mostly because of the construction. The noise abatement is just an added perk for locals.
