LGA - 2/15/2012 (includes JetBlue Red Sox)

The JetBlue "Red Sox" scheme making her first appearance to the NYC area. The light wasn't the greatest as she came in on RWY 22, but the light got a little better with her departing on RWY 4. Other non-Red Sox photo's to be uploaded shortly.

Am I the only person who absolutely ADORES the fence by RWY4 at LGA ? Too bad about the weather mark, nice catch! RWY4R morning arrival at JFK should be nice!

Aside from the fence, the light poles, and wait till the trees start to grow at Plane View Park (there will be no view!). Here are the rest from today. The sun did make a very brief appearance while finishing the day with some 31 arrivals.

Behind the American Eagle is JetBlue with the "Red Sox" scheme, not the greatest but will do considering I was using a 70-200mm + 1.4 Teleconverter

cool perspective on these shots, I really need to get over there. What's going on with the view disappearing once some trees grow in now?

In my view there are some small trees and give them time before they become like the ones at the mounds.

Nice job with those shots Mark, and the view from the rear sure makes this scheme look even more unique. I see it finally made it to JFK early this morning.

I think that they should have made the B in jetBlue the Boston B. That would have made the scheme better.
