Hainan Airlines Applies for EWR for 2012

Hainan Airlines has applied for service to EWR directly from Shanghai as well as via YYZ from Beijing.

I'm surprised they aren't applying for JFK but perhaps this signifies they are looking at joining Star. Keep an eye out for updates.

I have heard that they will also be flying to KBOS once they get their 787s in the sky.

Awesome livery! Shame EWR as it is not the hotbed that JFK is for spotting locations.
