They are the Brazilian Air Force demo team, flying the Embraer 312 turboprop trainer (along the lines of the T-6 Texan II now in service with the USAF). If I remember, I think I caught them at McGuire a few years back.

The team visited the Northeast year... did an airshow with the Snowbirds in Windsor, ON followed by a show with the Thunderbirds in Atlantic City and a show in Portsmouth, NH with the Blues. FANTASTIC team, fantastic performance, but I think that maneuver was flown a bit too low to start with and that guy is LUCKY to be alive!
