Looking for TV Shows

I have taped the first three episodes of this series when it was available back about a year ago (repeats I guess?)

but for the life of me I can't find the remaining two, episodes 4 and 5 on either TiVO or Cablevision's Guide. Netflix has only episode 1 and it is only in SD :-(

Desperate, I even looked into Bit Torrent to see if they were even available there, but sadly nothing.

If anyone knows where I can get a hold of the last two episodes (preferably in HD) I would appreciate the tip ... thank you.

WOW what a show... recommended to all business majors!!! never mind Airplane enthusiasts... the last show is quite depressing to Airplane fans .. the damn thing may have never happened
