US Airways Jets Clip Wings at Providence

As an E-175 was being pushed back for departure to PHL, its right wingtip hit the APU exhaust of an empty A320 parked at the gate awaiting a flight to CLT. Both planes were damaged, both were taken out of service, no one was injured. The 36 passengers on the E-jet were placed on other flights.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Symbolism that US is clipping its own wings maybe......
Southwest Airlines-"Once it pop's it's time to stop" Southwest Airlines-"Our Shamu's are almost real" Southwest Airlines -"We blow our top real easy" Southwest Airlines- "You can't top us..... really"
