    As different as those 2 designs look imagine how different a 777, or especially a 787 would have looked back in say the DC-6/Connie days if aviation enthusiasts could have seen photo's of them back then, or a Concorde !

    I happen to like the look of the second design. However, I can't help but be reminded of the Boeing Sonic Cruiser design. They look similar IMO. Too bad they canned that project - I thought it would have been a good aircraft to somewhat fill the void left by Concorde.
