I believe its located next to the United Airlines/Worldwide Cargo building adjacent to the Van Wyck.

Apparently it wasn't a big deal, only one person was treated.
There was some worry early on when one of the responding fire trucks saw flames in or near the airport, but it turned out to be a brush fire near the Broad Channel A-train station.
